Help find the Lumae device you carry.
Lumae 1.0 supports compatible item finding through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. For Apple, use an iPhone or iPad with iOS or iPadOS 14.5 or later, an Apple Account, Bluetooth, Location Services, and Find My enabled. For Google, use a compatible Android device signed in to a Google Account with Bluetooth, Location, and Find Hub enabled.

Which Lumae model should I choose?
Choose Lumae Essential for the alarm and flashing light. Choose Lumae 1.0 for the same alarm and light plus compatible Apple Find My or Google Find Hub item finding.
Does Lumae 1.0 work with my phone?
Apple Find My requires an iPhone or iPad with iOS or iPadOS 14.5 or later, an Apple Account, Bluetooth, Location Services, and Find My enabled. Google Find Hub requires a compatible Android device signed in to a Google Account with Bluetooth, Location, and Find Hub enabled. Some setup and sharing features vary by device, system version, account, network, and region. Check the current Apple requirements or Google requirements.
How do I activate and stop the alarm?
Pull the ring or double-press SOS to activate the alarm. Reinsert the pull pin, or press and hold SOS after button activation, to stop it.
How do the light modes work?
Press the side light button once for steady light, twice for flashing light and three times to turn the light off.
How long does the battery last?
Lumae offers up to 6 months of standby time. Actual battery life varies with alarm, light, item-finding use, storage, temperature, and other conditions. Low-battery light and sound alerts indicate when it is time to recharge by USB-C.

What is the return policy?
