This website is operated by Lumae. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lumae. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Lumae sells personal safety alarms and item-finding products designed for everyday carry. Product descriptions, pricing, availability and promotions may change without notice.

Lumae 1.0 is designed to help draw attention with an alarm rated up to 130 dB, provide flashing light modes and support compatible item finding through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, where supported. Item finding helps locate the Lumae device; it does not continuously track a person. Pressing SOS activates the alarm and flashing light only; it does not contact 911 or automatically share location. Lumae is not a replacement for emergency services, professional security, personal judgment or other safety precautions.

You agree not to misuse the product, including using the alarm in a way that violates local laws, harasses others or creates unnecessary disturbance.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but device screens may show colours differently.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment issues or shipping restrictions.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
